Lifetouch National School studios has a dynamic opportunity for an Human Resources Talent Acquisition coordinator. This role is temporary with the potential to become FT, regular after 3 months. We are looking for a high energy, collaborative TA specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team and help recruit top talent for national and corporate positions. Key responsibilities for this role include:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and support the recruitment and selection process for temporary, interns and non-exempt roles in all departments of our Corporate Headquarters as well as Sales and Field roles across the US (Create job requisitions, create and update recruitment ads/job postings, review applications, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, check references, prepare compensation approval forms, extend offers, and prepare offer letters and confidentiality agreements)
  • Project Management for fall national recruiting initiative (team of recruiters will be hiring appox. 2000 photographers across the US)
  • Oversee social recruiting initiatives, including Facebook posting process
  • Applicant Tracking System- Create job requisitions, post jobs and interact with candidates via the Applicant Tracking System
  • Support and take action on various talent branding initiatives

New Employee Onboarding

  • Enter new employee information into the HR On-Boarding system
  • Work with the Service Desk to facilitate the set up new hire’s equipment and system access
  • Create and maintain employee files and personnel records for temporary workforce; retain and archive files in accordance with state and federal laws
  • Complete New Hire paperwork
  • Initiate pre-employment background checks
  • I-9 Verification for new hires

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent experience preferred


  • 1-2 years human resource support in talent acquisition preferred
  • Experience with Google docs and spreadsheets
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other HRIS systems
