Job Description

Lifetouch Church Directories and Portraits, a leader in the photography industry, is seeking friendly, outgoing, driven individuals to join our team as full-time Lead Generation Representatives.  The individuals selected for this role will work closely with Sales Representatives and customers to set appointments through prospecting activities in an effort to connect with church leaders and assist them with their growth and membership outreach.  Lead Generation Representatives will make outgoing prospecting phone calls enlisting current marketing initiatives, set appointments for assigned Sales Representatives and maintain assigned databases.  Building relationships is key to this role, establishing a great foundation between the customer and Lifetouch is essential as this role is the first point of contact.

A Day in the Life of a Lead Generation Representative:

  • Conduct prospecting research using the Internet and Social Media Sites
  • Make outbound phone calls to customers in assigned territories
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with customers for assigned Sales Representatives
  • Communicate with Sales Representatives for status updates and daily/weekly plans
  • Process incoming leads generated via the Internet, incoming calls, email marketing, direct mail, print ads, conferences, etc.
  • Verify, update, and maintain assigned territory database

Required Skills:
 
What we’re looking for:
  • 1 to 2 years of strong sales experience and/or account service related support
  • Experience with computerized customer tracking systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and time management sills
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with little supervision
  • Computer proficiency; including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
