Job Description

In order to support continued growth, the marketing team at Lifetouch is looking for motivated professionals to join the expanding team.   This is an exciting time to work on business transforming projects dedicated to bringing new products and services to our customers across North America.  The primary responsibility of this role is increase qualified lead volume for a variety of programs and segments by developing a strategic multi-channel campaign plan that attracts and nurtures prospects through the decision making process.

This role will require a knowledge of modern B2B communication strategy as well as a keen focus on sales. Additionally, this role will oversee communication to existing accounts including communication that assists in the onboarding and adoption of key revenue growing programs.

POSITION SCOPE:

  • The role is responsible for overseeing portions of the Marketing budget.
  • This role has two direct reports. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactics to grow business account volume.  
  • Write business plans identifying objectives, strategies, key initiatives, dependencies and performance measurements aligned with growth targets
  • Manage execution of the marketing plans specifically in regards to the development of lead generation strategies and campaigns across all channels (email, digital, web, social and print)
  • Responsible for the content strategy surrounding lead generation and existing account communication including social media and web presence
  • Collaborate with sales leaders in the implementation of campaign strategies
  • Interpret market research and account performance measurement data - convert into proposed product improvements and advancements
  • Lead cross-functional projects and be able to influence teammates, outside of direct reporting structures, in order to deliver on-time and quality work
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors, suppliers and partners
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations functions on internal communication and sales field training initiatives
  • Determine financial attractiveness of new growth areas in order to prioritize allocation of resources to these opportunities
  • Oversee cross-functional project plans in order to meet in-market timelines
  • Write creative briefs that clearly articulate communication objectives and success criteria in order to inform and direct creative development
  • Determine financial feasibility of new growth opportunities by utilizing P&L analysis
  • Contribute to product knowledge training to new and existing sales professionals
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

MINIMUM GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Four year degree in marketing or related business degree.
  • Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience. B2B or lead generation marketing experience is a plus

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience in development and delivery of presentations to a variety of internal audiences: peers, leadership and field offices
  • Knowledge of and the ability to apply basic marketing concepts (SWOT, competitive analysis, brand positioning etc) used in the development of marketing plans
  • Experience with financial budgeting, tracking and reporting
  • Understanding of various channels (print, video, Internet, e-mail) to promote, market, sell, inform or train our audiences about Lifetouch yearbooks
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient at interpreting email and web analytics to use in future decision making
  • Experience with SEO, social and web advertising
  • Experience with leveraging Google Analytics
  • Experience using Salesforce applications and integrations. Experience with Pardot (or equivalent Marketing Automation Platform) preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the year
