Senior Recruiter

We are seeking a high energy individual to join the Lifetouch School Division Human Resources team as temporary Senior Recruiter. In this role, you will partner with the Talent Acquisition team in our corporate office and hiring managers across the US to recruit for a variety of Corporate positions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Human Resources and Operations.

We anticipate this position will last from May through October

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruiting efforts for assigned roles as needed
  • Prepare and post photographer job postings/advertisements as required, both in the ATS and on other platforms, including social media (sponsored campaigns)
  • Review applications and confirm basic minimum qualifications, skills, interest, job fit, salary expectations, etc...
  • Schedule and conduct phone screen interviews to identify qualified candidates and schedule in-person interviews for hiring managers throughout the US
  • Establish and cultivate positive and effective business partnerships with Lifetouch hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team colleagues
  • Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies
  • Online sourcing as needed for all positions
  • Promote and support the Employee Referral Program
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication
  • Maintain talent pipelines through ongoing, targeted communication with potential candidates whose experience aligns with current and future business requirements
  • Initiate pre-employment background checks and references for all positions
  • Create offer letters for new hires
  • Initiate background checks and new hire onboarding
  • Perform other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field, strongly preferred
  • 3-4 years of recruiting experience in a Corporate environment for a range of roles including Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, et al...

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Google for Business (Google Drive, Gmail, Docs)
  • Familiarity with HRIS or database preferred; Jobvite systems experience a plus
  • Experience with Facebook and other social media management platforms highly desired
  • Must be comfortable working with highly confidential information
